Information collected for RFQs

When you send an enquiry, request a quotation or contact XiYu Precision, we may collect the information needed to review the project: your name, company name where provided, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, requested quantity, material, finish, dimensions, tolerance, application details, drawings, sample photos and related correspondence.

How project information is used

We use this information to respond to enquiries, review manufacturability, discuss samples, prepare quotations, arrange production communication, provide after-sales support and maintain reasonable internal business records. We do not use RFQ drawings or sample details for unrelated marketing.

Drawings, samples and confidential business information

Drawings, specifications and sample information are handled for the purpose of evaluating and supporting the requested screw or fastener project. If your information is subject to a confidentiality requirement or NDA, please identify that requirement before sending files. Do not submit materials that you are not authorised to share.

Service providers and international handling

Website enquiries may be processed using service providers that support hosting, website security, form delivery, email communication and record storage. XiYu Precision is based in Dongguan, China, so information submitted through this site may be accessed by personnel or providers supporting our business operations in China or other locations relevant to the enquiry.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, manage the business relationship, maintain project records or meet applicable legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete contact information that you previously submitted, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may also choose not to provide optional information, although this can limit our ability to review a custom RFQ accurately.
