Custom weld stud screws for metal sheet assembly
Custom weld screws and weld studs for OEM sheet metal assemblies, equipment chassis and cabinet hardware.

Weld screw options buyers usually compare before RFQ
Weld screw buyers usually compare material, head geometry, projection style, thread size, welding strength, surface finish and whether the part can run consistently in production line welding.

Stainless Steel Weld Screws
Standard stainless weld screw options for corrosion-resistant metal assembly projects.

Flat Head Weld Screws
Flat head weld screw style for stable threaded fixing points on thin metal plates.

Plain Finish Welding Stud Screws
Threaded weld studs for sheet metal workpieces and repeated assembly positions.

Yellow Brass Weld Screws
Brass weld screw options for electrical, conductive or appearance-sensitive hardware.

Carbon Steel Zinc Finish Weld Screws
Carbon steel weld screw options with yellow, blue or white zinc finish for industrial hardware.

Black Flat Head Weld Screws
304, 316 and 316L stainless options with custom finish requirements for OEM projects.
Welded fixing points for metal panels
Weld screws create internal threaded points on sheet metal without through holes. We review plate thickness, welding surface and assembly load before quoting.

Weld screw details to confirm before production
The welding base, material and plate thickness affect whether the stud can be welded strongly and assembled smoothly.
From workpiece requirement to weld screw production
We review the weld screw as part of the metal assembly, not only as a threaded part. The goal is stable welding, clean assembly clearance and repeatable production.
Plate thickness, material, surface condition and welding area.
Thread, length, base diameter, projection style and head geometry.
Carbon steel, stainless steel, zinc plating, black finish or special finish.
Welding trial, thread fit, pull strength and assembly clearance review.
Inspection, packaging protection, repeat-order consistency and delivery planning.

Weld screw sourcing questions
What is a weld screw?
A weld screw, also called a weld stud screw, is a threaded fastener with a welding base or projection. It is welded to a metal workpiece to create a permanent threaded fixing point.
When should I use weld screws instead of regular screws?
Use weld screws when the assembly needs an internal threaded point on sheet metal and you do not want a through hole or visible external fastener on the workpiece surface.
What materials can you supply?
Common options include low carbon steel and 304 stainless steel. Other stainless grades, copper alloy options and finishes can be reviewed by project requirement.
What information is needed for quotation?
Please share drawing or sample photo, thread size, stud length, base geometry, plate thickness, workpiece material, finish, welding process and target quantity.
Can you support sample production before bulk orders?
Yes. For new assemblies, sample welding and assembly confirmation are recommended before mass production so strength, fit and clearance can be reviewed.
Need a custom weld screw supplier?
Send drawings, samples, plate thickness, material and quantity for RFQ review.
